Become a highly adaptive changemaker in this final training focused on you becoming the successful coach you are meant to be. Explore the domains of coaching mastery and human excellence through spontaneity, creativity, and problem solving by tapping into your unique wisdom and intuition as a guide.
With this course, you will:
- Trust yourself and the coaching process. Become highly effective in your coaching process as you propel your clients forward with ease and fluidity.
- Assist with strategy, decision-making, and more! Top off your coaching tool kit with additional right- and left-brain coaching tools to promote your clients’ capacity for creativity, intuition, visioning, decision-making, prioritization, and organization.
- Generate passion, motivation, and purpose in others. Assist your clients to self-discover their purpose and passion through narrative and somatic coaching techniques by drawing upon their multiple intelligences.
- Establish and sustain critical parameters for success. Produce the value and results your client hired you for and will be excited to refer you to others, creating strong word-of-mouth.
- Master your change-making process. Consistently identify your clients’ needs and customize your approach for each individual. Tailor your client’s experience with one goal in mind: success on their terms.
