Meet Dan Bartholomew, PCC
Dan Bartholomew is a seasoned executive coach, team builder, and strategic innovator with a deep passion for unlocking human and organizational potential. He currently leads the leadership transformation practice at Griffin Dunn in Tucson, Arizona, where he partners with C-level leaders and high-performing teams across industries.
Dan’s expertise spans operations, technology, and strategy. He’s worked with a wide range of organizations from healthcare startups and digital device manufacturers to nonprofit recyclers and advocacy groups. He brings his unique combination of systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and tactical execution to every engagement.
Before coaching, Dan walked the walk as a leader himself:
- As CEO of Free Geek in Portland, OR, he turned the nonprofit around—tripling revenue, reducing turnover by 90%, and bringing the organization national recognition.
- As COO of Dynamic Healthcare Systems, he transformed a struggling division into a profit center and launched new consulting services.
- At PwC and KPMG, he built and led consulting practices with over 500 professionals.
He holds a degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is trained in Six Sigma, CEO coaching, storytelling, and sustainable performance. He’s also certified in Working Geniuses and Strategic Account Management.
Outside of work, Dan is a community leader, beekeeper, whitewater rafter, and founder of an orphanage and school in Nakuru, Kenya. He lives with his wife, four children, and a beloved Chocolate Labradoodle.
