Hi! I’m Frieda, a lawyer and a life coach, specialising in re-balancing the lives of legal professionals. Having dedicated much of their adult life to developing their careers, my clients are at a stage where they wish to invest in other areas of their lives, but are struggling to implement the changes necessary to achieve this. I help my clients to get back on track, re-evaluate their life goals and create healthy boundaries so that their personal life runs in tandem with their legal world rather than in pursuit of it.
