I’m a career and life coach who works with business professionals to help them achieve their full career potential. My clients engage me to get "unstuck" in their career due to not being fulfilled and challenged in their current position. I also offer sales performance coaching on 1:1 to basis. This leverages my long-standing background in sales leadership and executive selling.
I take a holistic approach with clients that is focused on evaluating the key aspects of their life that may be impacting their career. We then focus on those areas that will be of most value to them. This helps the client have a broader understanding of how to most effectively achieve their goals. We then create a go forward plan to ensure their goals are met. As a coach, I'm the "non-bias thinking partner" for my clients.
I'm certified as a Professional Life Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I graduated from the University of Connecticut and worked for nearly 30 years in the technology industry in sales leadership and business development positions. I worked for Microsoft for 20 years navigating a very successful career. This experience allows me to meet my clients where they are in their career and help them identify their key values, passions and skills.
