Coaching Bio:
Patty has worked in the nutrition field for over 25 years, specializing in work with disordered eating. She works from a non-diet perspective and helps clients move to a more natural and positive relationship with food. She loves to help clients develop strong life skills and boundaries that will promote strong relationships and an ability to find what feeds their souls in life. Patty is also a mixed media artist and does workshops and retreats combining art and wholehearted living skills.
