My background in counseling provides me with tools we can leverage to help you get out of your own head. I have an honest and direct approach to coaching. You are a whole person, which is why it’s so important to me to take a mind/body approach to coaching. I incorporate strategies that will help you silence your inner critic, feel less overwhelmed with life, and ultimately embrace who you’re becoming.
