My name is Jamie Fenwick and I am a holistic life coach with a passion for helping Moms to create the life they want. From an early age, I have always taken pride in helping people to live their best lives which led me to pursue and obtain a Bachelor and Masters degree in Psychology and Health and Life coaching certifications.
I, too, have been on my own health and wellness journey for the past 7+ years continually striving for the happiest and healthiest version of myself and want to help others do the same. Through my own self-work and soul searching, I realized Coaching and helping others was one of the missing pieces in my life.
Along with being a life coach, I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful and spirited little girls (Addison and Olivia; 5 and 2 years old) and have worked in corporate America for over 12 years.
I understand first hand the many demands Moms are feeling these days and how little time there is to focus on our own personal goals. I am here to help create that space for women to find their version of a balanced and fulfilled life.

Dear friends, It is an unfortunate way of how I became a coach for persons with disability. I. myself experienced a severe spinal injury while riding my motorcycle back in 1985. It has taken this long to resurrect my life. There have been many trials and tribulations for sure, but most difficulties are those that are well understood by the patient themselves. I still have considerable disability which I can get into further with those who are interested. If you have experienced the financial ruin, loss of family and friends, temporary insanity and severe depression maybe we can help each other foster a brighter future. I am a recent Grad with a Certified Professional Coach certification from Coach Training World. For those who benefit from my coaching sessions, you know who you are and all that it entails. One could write a book as you very well know so I feel after 32 years of coping. I can at the very least.....relate! I have a business degree and all the core courses completed for my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I hope we meet soon, sincerely bill hunter
As a coach and business mentor, I help you find the deeper answers and the aligned actions from within yourself. Unlike most business coaches, though, my philosophy is deeply rooted in the energetics of manifestation, law of attraction, and money as a conduit for energy transfer.
If you consider yourself "woo woo" AND an entrepreneur, we're likely to be a great fit!

--MORE ABOUT RAI--
Since 2007, I have been freelancing, working online, and building virtual businesses. While I was earning my BS in Psychology, my MA in Professional Clinical Counseling, and my MA in Criminology, I was working as a freelance writer and marketing strategist. Over the years, I built a successful marketing agency that now serves more than 30 clients at a time and is powered by a team of 19.
While I was building Cornell Content Marketing, I began several mentoring programs within the agency to support our freelance team members in building their own businesses. In 2019, I separated the mentoring programs out from Cornell and created a new entity: Chiron Consulting.
Now, I combine coaching and business mentoring to help aspiring entrepreneurs create their dream businesses – ones that are healthy, profitable, and nurture your soul's purpose.

As a PCC professional coach, I work with individuals that are ready to explore their creativity, internal power, and personal story. If you are contemplating moving into the process of owning YOUR potential, then I'd love to talk with you.
I have a Masters in Psychology, a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation, and I am a Certified Strength Coach through Gallup. I currently work in person or worldwide via Zoom.
Available for video-conferencing or phone calls from anywhere in the world.
I spent 20 years in IT, primarily as a project manager and changed careers midway through my career journey. I have experience helping clients with career changes, resume writing, career assessments to understand skills, interests, and values, handling career stress, interview preparation, knowledge of networking and the job market, and helping people make the best of their current job. I also have experience with business coaching. If a task is career-related, I likely have training, knowledge, and expertise. I am a Certified Career Services Specialist through the National Career Development Association (NCDA). I have made a major career change and could not be happier to be working as a career coach.
MY PERSONAL STATEMENT

►FOURTH, I love to set the example of servant-leadership and show that I am here to help. My style is to break down barriers and connect with an individual’s strengths. I listen intently and earn the trust of others.
Life is a journey and everyone deserves to find joy and happiness along the way. As a coach, I infuse aspects of positive psychology through my background in psychology and change management through my experiences leading teams. I have 3 main focuses in my coaching so if any of these connect with you, don't hesitate to reach out!
1. Career Change/Transition
If you are currently thinking about changing your career path or wanting to find more happiness in your everyday work life, let's talk about you and your connection to your work. You may love your company, but not your job. You may love your job, but not your company. You may love both, but feel something missing that isn't satisfying your inner self. Or you may not like either your job or your company which can be a frustrating or scary thing! As an experienced Senior HR professional, I understand the inner workings of how a company works so I know it can be hard to find your place in it. Let's focus on you and what ignites that fire in you so that your work can be more than work.
2. Goal Achievement Life Coaching (Inner Core work)
I believe that every decision we make is influenced by something deeper within you. I am here to not only help you with your goals but to find you the inner core of what has been propelling or inhibiting you in the first place. You might start to see patterns in your life that connects aspects of your everyday flow that you had not ever thought of before. If you are looking to get a goal set but also want to open your eyes to find what makes you tick, let's chat!
3. Spiritual path forward
If you have been thinking about you and/or the world more in a spiritual sense and have a desire to delve further into it, let's chat! My main research within psychology is focused on the spirit, mind, and body so nothing is too "out there" to talk about.
Outside of coaching, I am a graduate student at Columbia University studying Psychology, consulting at non-profits to help build their HR/Recruiting functions, volunteering at animal shelters, doing daily meditations, baking everything, traveling, and hanging out with my 2 amazing cats.

You might be here because you’re feeling stuck, lost, burnt out, or you feel there is something missing. Perhaps you’ve earned the promotion you dreamed of but you still dread the daily grind. Maybe you crave a path that feels impactful and more true to who you are. You might be looking to step up your daily habits, cultivate killer confidence, and radiate from within.
I’m here for you. I get it.
I used to rely on checking boxes, killing sales goals, and filling a schedule to feel good about myself. Sound familiar? Overwhelm and anxiety were close friends in those days … but I didn’t even notice, because I was too busy. I was too busy to even realize I wasn’t where I wanted to be.
Through a transformational process, I discovered how to redefine success, how to leverage my strengths, and I began to lead a life where I felt passionate every day. I traveled the world, I moved on a whim, and I started a new career that brings me joy every day - helping women like you to come home to yourself and transform.
In working together we will:
— Assess your life aspects (helllooo to your beautiful life! What’s really going on?)
— Redefine success & expectations (ok, real talk, what really matters?)
— Understand roadblocks & opportunities (then leverage this powerful insight to build epic goals!)
— Map out your well-deserved future and set the action steps to get you there (yep, you’ll get to leverage that achiever side, guaranteed!)

Coaching, applied to any area of your life, is a guided and collaborative self-learning adventure in discovery of the life that you desire and deserve. Specifically, my coaching interests are life coaching, health and wellness coaching, academic success coaching, sustainable living coaching and animal/human relationship coaching.
If the following questions resonate with you, perhaps coaching sessions can help you!
~ Life Coaching: Are you in a transitional phase of life and uncertain about the future? Are you in search of a path that will take you to a new, exciting and rewarding life?
~ Health and Wellness Coaching: Have you experienced a health issue that has caused you to rethink your life goals? Is it time to create adaptive measures and reassess your skills, personality strengths and work interests?
~ Academic Success Coaching: Are you a student who would like to achieve more academically? Are barriers impeding your educational success?
~ Sustainable Living Coaching: Do you have concerns about environmental degradation? Would you like to create a more environmentally friendly life style for yourself? Would you like to proactively promote the health of planet earth while simultaneously promoting your personal health?
~ Animal/Human Relationship Coaching: Do you love animals and would you enjoy having a deeper understanding and a more fulfilling relationship with them during the time they are in your care?
~ Animal Illness, Aging and End-Of-Life Issues Coaching: Do you have a pet that has been diagnosed with a life-altering health issue? Are you uncertain how best to help them and yourself deal with their condition?
About Me:
~ I have successfully dealt with challenging personal health obstacles and the long lasting repercussions of complex PTSD.
~ I have worked with community college students who harbor deep self-doubt about their learning abilities and have guided them toward academic success.
~ I have worked hard to live more lightly on the planet by changing my lifestyle choices to be less impactful on a daily basis by making small but meaningful changes.
~ I have helped animal owners deal with the challenges of pet illness and aging and have vast experience with the daily challenge of pet/person relationships.
I live on the small farm where I grew up, loving and working with the plants and animals that are a main focus of my life. My degrees in environmental studies (B.S.) and adult education (M.Ed.), and my training as a natural hoof care practitioner and study of medicinal herbs have broadened and deepened my knowledge in my areas of interest and have improved my ability to communicate that knowledge. The main themes running through everything I do is care and compassion for others - humans, animals, plants and the environment.
For 10 years I taught community college students, helping them prepare academically for 4-year college level courses or vocational programs and helping them identify and break down the emotional and cognitive barriers to learning.
I have spent 12 years working with horse owners as a natural hoof care practitioner, specializing in horses that require, due to aging or physical or emotional issues, a patient, gentle and flexible approach to hoof care. I also provide animal hospice and end-of-life education and coaching to interested clients.
I have spent a lifetime loving and caring for multiple family pets through the sometimes challenging stages of their lives. Bottle feeding kittens; providing subcutaneous fluids for two cats with kidney failure; creating an in-house infirmary for a crippled chicken, a blind chicken, a digestively challenged chicken and a chicken recovering from a bobcat attack; providing hospice care for a three-legged dog dying from osteosarcoma; rescuing and providing a home for multiple animals who were abandoned on our country road; medicating an aging rescue dog to ease end-of-life issues. My goal has always been to provide them with the love, respect and dignity due all beings.
Hello, my name is Jody and I am here to elevate and energize you to lead and live your best life. I am an ICF PCC coach who loves to coach people to be the leader of their life and develop and own the leader they already are with confidence. My coaching background is diverse as I am a leadership, health, and life coach with specializations in Women’s leadership and communication. However, my focus is around developing leadership skills for your career, business, and life and my mission is to empower you to ‘lead your life’. Lead it, live it, love it!
I was not a natural born leader and it challenged me in many areas of my life. Interestingly I say that and yet, I was selected for committees and councils by my peers; however the skills of assertiveness, direct communication, handling conflict, executive presence, and presenting did not come naturally to me and held me back. Today, I am proud to say with confidence, I have learned all of these skills and my goal is to not let these hold anyone else back from all they can be and all they deserve in life.
My coaching combines leadership, communication, and confidence as a winning trio to support other career builders and leaders to showcase their strengths and brilliance so they will be visible and their voice will be heard to advance and grow both their career or business. If you are looking for career coaching or leadership development, I can definitely support you with your goals in these areas.
I coach entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers and the coaching work we have done together has extended beyond only career or business growth to resourcing and supporting them with ‘inner leadership’ skills of: emotional resilience, stress management, mental health self care, time and energy management, and peak performance. My extensive experience in health and wellbeing, 20 years and counting, along with education and certifications in a variety of disciplines including mental health has equipped me to support people through their most challenging times to inner peace.
Lastly, if you want to improve your communication skills or facilitate conversations that connect with others, build trust, and ensure psychological safety working with and leading others, then C-IQ communication coaching may be for you. I am a C-IQ certified coach and it is the neuroscience of communication, an evidence based practice with valuable tools to bring people and teams together with effective communication skills.

Dat Nguyen is a leadership and life coach who specializes in motivational speaking and leadership coaching. He has over ten years of experience in working with teams and individuals to identify areas of weaknesses and learning to be more deliberate in their pursuit of goals. Dat has worked with companies, nonprofits, and schools helping people build their confidence, become better communicators, and improving their own leadership through accountability and goal-setting.
His coaching career started with his collegiate organizational experiences, which included many hours of volunteering and developing student leadership. He implemented senior mentorship programs that allowed experienced college students to assist incoming students to become more involved as a leader. This program included a variety of physical and mental team-building exercises that provided valuable interpersonal skills. These skills enhanced students overall college experience by allowing them to take on more leadership roles throughout their academic career.
Dat’s training materials are drawn from real-life experiences with student leadership groups across the nation to increase competitive team growth. As a result, these student leaders improved their public speaking, set purposeful goals, and maintained a rhythm of accountability.
Over the years, the passion to perform motivational speeches ignited Dat to share his experiences about transitioning into a career and maintaining success as a leader. His speeches and trainings focus on developing interpersonal skills through networking and communicating effectively in a work environment. He understands the everyday stress of meeting project goals and the toll it takes on the mind and body. In addition to corporate training, Dat leverages his experiences in meditation retreats and daily mental reset practices to help hard-working professionals to develop mindfulness and reset their stress levels within a busy workday.
Dat relates to his audience powerfully by sharing his own first-hand experiences. The inspirational stories he shares enabled others to start living more confidently by recognizing any negative thoughts and “not allowing them to freeload in his mind” (as heard in his motivational speeches). Accomplishing such mental discipline and self-care is not an overnight process; rather, it takes a strong coach and player to build consistent muscle memory. Dat thrives in an environment that empowers growth in his clients. “It is all about moving one yard at a time to the endzone.”

I help women see themselves, be themselves, and step confidently into the changes, connections, and lives they want to create.
How much do you know about the power of your “Second Self”? I found mine the hard way. However, after going through the steps and officially becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I can support you to carve yours out smoothly.
Your story might be different, but the end outcome can surprisingly be similar...
My father was a superhuman, a high-achiever and an overly successful manager running large corporates, multi-disciplinary teams and mega-scale industrial projects all through my childhood and young adult life. Surprise, surprise, as an enthusiastic teenager with a lot of external drive and supporting evidence, I became interested in engineering and management!
Passion, progress and satisfaction are what we constantly seek for in our personal and professional lives. We tend to get inspired by what is defined as success, look around for it and try to follow footsteps of successful people with the intention of making it ours. Every single human being is born unique, with potential to offer something special to the world. So, no wonder if copy/pasting other people’s paths hasn’t resulted in profound satisfaction. We seriously need to believe in our uniqueness and look inward to find our specialty, then embody and manifest it in the world while we still have time.
I completed a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and a Master and a Ph.D in Structural Engineering. I worked for a combination of eight years in the industry. Alongside my professional career, I was also involved in research and academia. All in all, happy workplaces, happy clients, lots of rewards, and ample positive feedback from the environment.
What I hadn’t realised was, all these were external indicators known to the world as signs of success. I have to confess, they were too tangible and tasty to be neglected and it was just easier not (wanting!) to hear my inner voice. The voice which had already started warning me to my path, grew stronger with time and “ignoring” became a painful choice by day. Nevertheless, I kept choosing to ignore the signs until it was too late… Since I hadn’t paid my “self” the attention it deserved, it crushed me to a bedrock of depression/anxiety and I came to a full stop!
Long story short, I had to go through the path of self rediscovery, revaluation and realisation of a new “me”. It took a long time to untangle the tightly knitted web that life had beautifully strangled me in over the years. It was hard, painful and came at a huge expense of my time, energy and money. Maybe all I needed was support of someone who deeply listened, truly cared and wisely helped, so I could travel the right path, my path, one step at a time.
Well, things are very different now… I have my passion at heart, my purpose in mind and my new self by side. I have named this process the “Graceful Destruction”, and my new self the “Second Self”. I have gone through a long, arduous and organic process alone to make this happen and start living life. But you don’t have to do it the hard way, you shouldn’t have to spend such long time and certainly you don’t have to travel the path alone.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who has walked the walk, I am here to support you find your uniqueness and live your ambition so you can live the life you truly deserve from inside out.
If you resonate with these and want to know more about “Second Self Coaching” and how it works, go to my website and book a free 30-minute consultation session to see if this special coaching is for you.
Hello wonderful human,
My name is Kristina. I am an Air Force veteran, a spunky midwestern gal, and a holistic transformative coach.
I guide women in moving beyond feelings of stuckness, dissatisfaction, and emotional pain, so they can live a life that lights them up and feels like home, one that holds and reflects all of who they are.
What I’ve found is that many women don’t truly listen to what their soul and heart tells them. What they really want is to give to the world in a way that honors who they are, feel healthy in their bodies, know they are supported through change, and experience the rapture of being alive on a consistent basis. But the mistake they make is they bury the core issue and focus on changing superficial things in their lives. In reality, what they need to do is address what really is going on below the surface and reimagine the stories they tell themselves. For example, imagining that whatever is happening to you is happening for you, can make all the difference. Don’t wait until your life blows up before you listen to what your situation is telling you!
I help my clients alchemize what is holding them back, reimagine their stories, and show up powerfully for what they want. Here they find relief from their dissatisfaction, and move through what is holding them back.
A little on my approach: we don't go into sessions with the hope of fixing or solving your problems. As a depth psychologist student, I believe what Carl Jung said, “We don’t solve our problems, we grow larger than them.” This is what happens in a coaching session. When you bring your problems into the space, circle them, see them from multiple angles, you yourself change in the process.

I’m Christine. I support overwhelmed midlife women as you deeply and intuitively self-care for your body, mind, and spirit. I help you to fill your cup, keep it topped off and have enough to share with others.
Do you frequently feel stressed out and lack energy? Do you give and give to others and never take for yourself? Do you live to please other people? Do you wish for more peace in your life?
I know how you feel, I’ve been there too. I was running on fumes - spending all my free time on the couch. At my lowest, I was crying for what seemed like no reason. I decided I would do ANYTHING to feel better.
It was then that I put myself first, deeply caring for myself as much as my family did, and it has led me through a self-growth journey, being coached and becoming a coach so that I can help women feel seen, heard, and nourished. Compassionately caring for yourself allows you to continue caring for your loved ones all by putting yourself at the top of your To-Do List.
As a midlife woman who battles overwhelm herself, I can help you become aware of what you are feeling, accept what you are thinking and take aligned action towards your goals of feeling better. We lay down a foundation of self-care - your way. You'll rest, reflect, and recharge; feeling energized, motivated, confident, and joyful. You'll feel empowered to love yourself and live your truth. The benefits are endless.
I'm here to see you, listen to you, and guide you on your personal journey forward; supporting you as you align your beliefs, thoughts, and actions with your goals - whatever they may be.
We'll discuss any barriers or obstacles you might have in the way of negative thought patterns and we'll comfort the fears that may be holding you back.
You'll feel refreshed and resourced to make peaceful decisions about your personal wellness. You'll feel confident and empowered to set new goals and go after them at your pace and at your energy level. This is your life and you are ready to live it on your terms!
It's never too late to put your own self-wellness first.
You will value who you truly are and come to realize that you are worth it!

My journey to becoming a successful Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy Life and Relationship Coach, began with my own personal exploration of liberating myself from traditional structures of identity and love.
Growing up in the Midwest, in a very conservative, hetero/cis white community, I was always afraid of my desires, and often confused about my identity. Because there were no examples available to me, I defaulted to an identity of straight cis girl, because that was what was expected. It wasn’t until I was grown and several years into a rocky marriage that I finally faced my truth. I had fallen in love with a woman. I was nervous to confess my desire to my then husband, but I knew that it was crucial that I did. He and I learned the hard way that hiding and denying desire can lead to destruction. Our path to recovery from his infidelity lead us to deeper communication about our urges, our fears, and ourselves. What we were discovering is that we both identified with a desire to be intimate with more than one person. So when I met this woman, I proposed what seemed like an insane idea at that time. What if we all were together? A triad. I had never even heard the word polyamorous, or knew structures like that actually existed, but my gut was telling me I wanted this, and they did too.
The reason I am so passionate about what I do, is because when I was coming to terms with my poly, queer, gender-fluid identity, there wasn’t much besides a few books. I tried traditional therapy, but their education was primarily rooted in monogamy, and even if they were familiar with non-monogamy, none of them had lived experience, or personally identified with polyamory. I felt alone, and made a million mistakes along my journey. I realized then that I wanted to take the lessons I had learned and formally educate myself so that I could be in service of others. No one should feel alone, and the particular adventure from monogamy to non-monogamy and/or polyamory can be a challenge. Facing possessiveness, insecure attachments, and even coming out to family and friends can be traumatic.
I am an advocate for your journey. I focus on strengthening the self first, so that you may build from there a place of secure attachment to your partner or partners.
I am happy to say, my then husband, is now one of two primary partners in my life. I love deeply and I am at peace. I am kitchen table poly, and our constellation of chosen family, lovers and partners continues to grow and embrace one another. I am grateful for my mistakes, and all the struggles, because it led me to my most authentic self. That is what I hope for you as well.
If you are ready to face yourself and your real truth, even if you’re not sure exactly what that is yet, then I am the coach for you.

My motto is, why just survive when you can thrive?
Every person deserves the life they desire. I can offer tools to help my clients achieve their visions. I am a different type of health coach. Helping those battling illness reach their highest potential is my specialty. I know how much illness can knock you down. I have lived with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis for almost 20 years. At one point it ruled my world. I have been at my lowest low. Now I rule my disease. I offer my clients a way to cohabitate with their illness. Limitations caused by our health aren’t punishments but instead, they are challenges.
Through my own personal deep understanding of chronic illness and auto-immune diseases, I can assist my clients in finding the best whole body and holistic options for peace and calm as well navigating and advocating for themselves in what can often feel like an overwhelming and foreign world of medicine and doctors. Using an individualized method of connecting to each client allows me to address their specific needs and collaborate in producing a plan to live harmoniously with their illness and create a path to a successful, happy life despite the obstacles.
I am living proof that it is possible to take control of your life even while sick. I have lived with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis for almost 20 years and have struggled for two decades trying to live a life that I felt was socially acceptable. I have tried to live as an able-bodied person. I now know I don't have to sacrifice myself, but instead, adjust the world around me to better fit my needs. With whole person coaching I'm now doing work that is my true calling. Let me help you find yours too.
At Due North Coaching, I work with adults, teens, and young adults to solve problems by helping them understand what is going on with them and making a plan that addresses the challenges they are facing. Changes like a new school, new home or new job are not always easy, even when they are “good” changes, and I support people in making those transitions easier. I also help people communicate their needs and boundaries in productive ways so they can feel heard and understood in their home, social, and work life.
What support do you need in whatever is next? Let's talk about how I can help you move deliberately toward your Due North.

Hello, I’m Alex, and I work with high-achieving women to help them prioritize their well-being and build the courage and confidence to live authentically. I work with each client to help them gain clarity and focus, to effectively manage their time and schedule, set healthy boundaries, and take control of their lives.
In today's world, the many responsibilities, demands, and expectations women carry lead us to feel overwhelmed, debilitating stress levels, and often burnout. I know how this feels - I've been there too.
For over 10 years, I spent my time in education: teaching, working towards diversifying higher education, and doing research on how sexual violence affects marginalized communities and the resistance movements led by these groups. Although I was engaging in meaningful and important work, I dedicated my life to achieving and putting other people before me. I put my health and well-being last. This led me to change careers and go into coaching to help women find balance and thrive.
I help clients in several different areas of their lives, including:
• Building confidence
• Creating boundaries
• Self-compassion
• Life changes/transitions
• Work/life balance
• Overcoming burnout
Fun facts about me: When not coaching or learning new things, I love spending time with my family, binge-watching comedy shows, and baking anything with chocolate.
