Anne-Caroline Floch-Ngy, PCC, is a certified Whole Person and Trauma-Informed Coach who empowers women to reconnect with their cyclical nature and harness the wisdom of their inner seasons. Passionate about expanding feminine leadership, she creates transformational experiences that blend coaching with ancient healing arts, including Qi Gong, Face Yoga, Acupressure, and Holistic Aromatherapy.
Anne-Caroline offers both 1:1 and intimate group programs where deep embodiment, emotional resilience, and self-leadership take center stage. Through her work, she guides women to reclaim their power, align with their natural rhythms, and lead from a place of authenticity and wholeness.
Sarah Rosenberg Brown, PCC, is a powerful catalyst for change, helping individuals design lives they deeply love and proudly lead. Originally from Albuquerque and now rooted in Oregon, Sarah’s path has been shaped by a rich background in nonprofit leadership, social justice, and grassroots community organizing. Her work is fueled by the conviction that true fulfillment begins within—when we align with our inner wisdom and let our core values lead the way in business, career, and life.
Since making a bold mid-life career pivot in 2019, Sarah has logged nearly 1,200 hours of transformative coaching. Trained through Coach Training World, she holds multiple credentials including WPCC, CPC, and TICC, and has become a trusted guide for those seeking meaning, momentum, and authentic success. She is the founder of her own coaching and consulting practice and also serves clients through a national mental health coaching firm.
With every session, Sarah empowers people to step into their truth, embrace bold choices, and create change that reflects the deepest parts of who they are—and what they most long to become.
Julia Toronczak, PCC helps anxious and ambitious professionals break past self-doubt, perfectionism, and burnout so that they can build their confidence and find their sense of fulfillment outside of the 9-5 grind. She currently runs her own private practice with 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and in-person workshops. She has also been a coach at Spring Health for the last year.
Outside of the office, you can find Julia’s solar-powered self teaching yoga, going on beach walks in San Diego, spending time with her twin brother, Michael, who has Down Syndrome, and traveling the world and exploring new cultures.
