Note: This policy is effective for all programs and products purchased from Coach Training World (CTW) on or after November 22nd, 2022.
Thank you for your interest in Coach Training World’s programs. Please read through the following service conditions carefully. By confirming your attendance and selecting a training date, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
For the purposes of these terms and agreements, references to “you” and “your” are references to you, the user of this website. References to CTW refer to Agent 47, LLC DBA Coach Training World.
Participant Enrollment Agreement
We want you to get the most out of your investment. So upfront, it’s important to know that your success in our program requires commitment. By enrolling in your chosen course(s), you agree to set aside the time necessary to complete all trainings and companion exercises and to be fully present for each component of your training.
You agree to give the best of your ability. The exact nature of this requirement will be different for everyone, but in general includes:
- Punctual for all trainings, mentor sessions, and other appointments
- Abide by CTW’s code of conduct, as well as that of the ICF
- Contribute to and engage in classroom sessions and breakout groups
Attendance
To meet the ICF’s requirements for student-contact-learning hours, it is vital for you to attend all live courses and labs. Based on your Certification program level you will be attending the following live courses: WPC Philosophy & Coaching Model, IGNITE, IMPACT, INTEGRATE & INNOVATE and the ICF CREDENTIALING PROCESS (Mentoring, Performance Exam, Coaching Hours, etc.).
In addition, you’re encouraged to go thru the Discover You: Get Niched program. Although this program is a bonus course vs. part of the core ICF/BCC curriculum.
If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or emergency, please contact your instructor immediately at: studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com. All missed sessions will need to be made up at your earliest convenience. Start by reviewing the session recordings and complete any related materials on your own. You can then schedule a time to either attend a future session or complete the course content with your instructor if needed.
* If you need to miss more than 90 minutes of a live course, you may work with an instructor, at your own expense, to fulfill your required training hours and cover the material.
* If you miss any of your mentor coaching sessions, you must schedule and pay for individual and/or group ICF mentor coaching sessions. The ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching for credential.
Exceptions to these policies are considered case by case. To petition for an exception, submit your request, in writing, to the training director and Coach Training World.
Program Completion Deadlines
All your live coach trainings and/or ICF mentoring sessions must be completed within 24 months of the original purchase date. Should you be unable to complete your live training coursework within this time frame, you’ll be provided access to digital recordings of the courses purchased.
Course Engagement
The core benefit of experiential learning is that it is highly interactive. This makes it engaging for students and deepens the learning through direct participation and personalization.
With this understanding, it is vital that you participate in course activities. This includes full engagement with course instructor and peers, practice coaching dialogues, and experiential learning exercises. If for any reason you cannot participate in a classroom lecture, breakout group, or learning exercise, please inform your instructor as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct
You are expected to conduct yourself professionally during all classroom sessions and other training exercises. We ask that you:
- Arrive on time to and complete all sessions.
- Attend in a manner that allows you to focus undistracted, avoid distracting others, and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of everyone involved.
- Attend and actively participate in all required coach training courses, labs, live sessions, and ICF mentor coaching sessions.This includes arriving on time and prepared, engaging in discussions and activities, taking responsibility for your learning, and contributing your best to benefit the learning of others.
- Please activate your camera for virtual live sessions (we love to see your smiling face) and ensure your microphone/internet connection is working reliably.
- Engage in discussions with understanding, respect, integrity, and honesty.
- Respect the nature of our learning environment, as well as the individual needs of your fellow participants and instructors. This includes silencing all electronic devices, refraining from texting and social media, and other disruptive behaviors.
- Respect the dignity and humanity of others by embracing the viewpoints of others and making them feel included (just as they are doing the same for you).
- Ask for support and be willing to speak up for your needs.
- Be curious, much of coaching may require you to unlearn or expand your understanding on effective communication and relationship building skills, processes and techniques.
Certification Policy
Enrolling in a training program does not guarantee CTW, BCC or ICF certification. The following are requirements for each certification offered at CTW:
CORE: Certification (Coach Training World Certification Only)
- Successful completion of CORE: Certification Training
- 20 Hours Coaching Experience
- Full payment of tuition
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “CORE Certified Coach.”
SIGNATURE: Certification (Coach Training World Certification Only)
- Successful completion of Whole Person Certified Coach: Certification Training
- 40 Hours Coaching Experience
- Full payment of tuition
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC).”
ACT: Certification (Coach Training World Certification Only)
- Successful completion of Advanced Coach Training Certification Training
- 40 Hours Coaching Experience
- Full payment of tuition
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC).”
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – ACSTH/Level 1 Track (Coach Training World Certification + ICF)
- Successful completion of CORE: Certification Training
- 10 hours ICF ACC Mentor Coaching
- Submission of three coaching sessions
- Completion of six evaluations
- Passing of final oral exam
- Ethics & Best Practices coursework
- Completion of 100 Coaching Experience Hours (minimum)
- Passing of final ICF exam (scheduled with ICF)
- Full payment of tuition
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “Certified Professional Coach (CPC)” + documentation to complete ICF ACC certification process
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – ACTP/Level 2 Track* (Coach Training World Certification + ICF)
- Successful completion of Whole Person Certified Coach: Certification Training
- 10 hours ICF Mentor Coaching (PCC Level)
- Submission of three coaching sessions
- Completion of six evaluations
- Passing of final oral exam
- Ethics & Best Practices coursework
- Completion of 500 Coaching Experience Hours (minimum)
- Passing of final ICF exam (scheduled with ICF)
- Full payment of tuition
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC)” + documentation to complete ICF ACC/PCC certification process
* If you complete our full ICF ACTP Coach Training, you are eligible to pursue your ICF ACC or PCC credential via the ACTP/Level II pathway, saving money and time.
30-Hour Board Certified Coach Training
- Completion of INSIGHT & IGNITE
- Full payment of tuition
- Additional BCC requirements via the Center for Credentialing Education
Awarded a certificate of completion and the title “CORE Certified Coach.”
60-Hour Board Certified Coach Training
- Completion of INSIGHT, IMPACT & IGNITE
- Full payment of tuition
- Additional BCC requirements via the Center for Credentialing Education

Partial Completion & Transfer Credit Policies
Coach Training World offers credit for partial completion of our coach training certification programs. Hours awarded depends on the hours of curriculum earned for each completed coach training course within the program.
Depending on the Certification program you enroll in, your program may include 3-8 coach training courses.
We do not give credit for partially attended courses. For example, if you attend 2 out of 3 days in a course, you will be required to make up the third day to receive credit for that certification course.
You may though receive partial credit for courses fully attended, even if you do not complete the full certification program. For example, you attend IMPACT in full, but do not complete IGNITE. You would receive credit for IMPACT only.
If you are interested in receiving partial credit for a coach certification program in which you are currently or were previously enrolled, contact studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com no more than 21 days after the course has ended. Please include details about the program in which you were enrolled, including the number of credit hours you earned through completed courses and any additional relevant information. If approved, you will receive a certificate of credit from CTW reflecting the total training hours completed.
Payment/Fees policy(s)
Registration in our courses and programs are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful registration is confirmed after we receive full payment and/or your first payment on a payment plan.
We accept the following forms of payment: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover and International Wire Transfer in U.S. Dollars. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Full-Pay
When you pay in full for our ICF, BCC and WPCC coach certifications, you receive a significant discount in comparison to attending our programs à la carte. Full payment also guarantees your spot in our available live trainings and gives you immediate access to all digital courses included in your coach certification package.

Payment Plans & Financing
CTW payment plans deliver the same benefits of our highly discounted certification packages while allowing you to pay overtime. Your payments include interest and processing fees. Please view our tuition page for specific payment plan details.
Please note: many students have contacted their VISA issuer to acquire 12 months of interest-free financing. Others have used PayPal credit for 6 months of interest-free financing. There are many creative ways to affordably finance your dream career while adhering to a set budget.
Courses are also available à la carte. Modules must be taken in order unless otherwise approved by CTW. All prices listed are in U.S. currency.

Terms of Payment
You hereby authorize CTW to charge your credit card for the amount indicated in your shopping cart total. Monthly installments deducted via credit card transfer are withdrawn every 30 days from your initial purchase. Installment amount and duration is based on the purchase terms at time of enrollment.
- LATE FEES.
You promise to pay a late charge of $75 for each installment that remains unpaid more than five days after the date it was due. Installments are considered “unpaid” whether you neglect to submit payment manually or your saved method of payment is declined.The late charge shall be paid as liquidated damages in lieu of actual damages, and not as a penalty. Payment of such late charge shall, under no circumstances, be construed to resolve any default arising from or relating to such late payment.With that said, we all experience the occasional unforeseen circumstance. If you anticipate your payment will be late, please let us know in advance of the due date so we can work together on a fair solution.
- PREPAYMENT.
You may prepay your payment obligation (in whole or in part) prior to the date it is due with no prepayment penalty. - COLLECTION COSTS.
If any installment payment is not paid when due, you promise to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, whether or not a lawsuit is commenced as part of the collection process. - FAILURE TO PAY PAYMENTS.
Failure to make installment payments will affect your ability to access your account in the student center and all content provided therein. The term “subscriptions” used by our payment processing software represents your payment plan. You are not purchasing a subscription that can be turned on and off. - GOVERNING LAW.
This policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States of America.
Rescheduling Fee & Make-Up Policy for Live Intensives
While we understand life happens and priorities change, we ask that you provide us advance notice so that we can fill your spot should you need to change dates. Because we believe in offering a high level of support our class sizes restrict the number of people we serve.
There is a $100 rescheduling fee for changes made less than 21 days prior to the training start date.
If you miss more than one (1) hour at any point during an intensive, you will be required to make up the time missed by watching the recordings.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We believe in the transformative potential of coach training, having experienced its vibrancy and growth firsthand. That’s why we stand behind all our coach training and business development programs and products 100%. However, there are some reasonable limitations. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Notice of Cancellation/Withdrawal for BCC, WPCC & ICF Coach Training Programs:
Cancellation requires written notice submitted to: studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com. However, due to spam filters and other forms of electronic security, email cancellations are only valid if you receive a reply from CTW. In the event you don’t receive a response, a phone call is advised. (1-888-660-5588)
No-shows: You do not have the right to cancel by simply choosing not to show up for a course in which you are registered.

1.) All digital content distributed at the time of purchase is non-refundable regardless if you plan to attend self-study, via Zoom or In-Person.

2. Live Online and/or In-Person courses
When you enroll in one of our highly discounted Coach Certification training packages, you are reserving a spot inside a cohort that can last from 3 to 18 months depending on the coach certification package you choose.
If you cancel or opt to discontinue the program at any point, your discounted package converts to à la carte pricing, and you are responsible for all digital content received plus any of your live courses as follows:
- All attended courses and those canceled less than 14 days prior to their start date will revert to à la carte pricing. In these cases, you receive full, lifetime digital access to recorded courses for future use.

3. In addition, refunds are subject to Visa charges fee = 3% of the tuition paid to date. (i.e., $1,000 = $30 fee to cover bank charges.) and a $100 service charge to process the refund.

Due to the very limited size of these programs, no refunds are offered. You may transfer to a self-study version of the program and/or enroll in the next program offering. Please note if you choose to cancel a second time you’ll be moved to self-study.
Tuition Payment Plan Liability
You also agree to remain liable for all unpaid tuition or financial commitments pertaining to the program or course you purchased and must reschedule a future date (subject to current availability) during which you are welcome to make up any sessions missed.
We are committed to providing you with top-notch training and lifetime access to course content. It is up to you to complete the program.
If you want to test drive our program without the full commitment, we recommend you purchase an individual course as your first step.
Refund Distributions
If you are on a payment plan, the amount you’ve paid to date will be deducted from the total owed at the à la carte pricing rate as described above. At that time, you may either pay in full or continue with your payment plan until the balance owed (at the à la carte rate) or your original payment plan is paid in full. Access to your courses remain intact and available to you.
Refunds are distributed within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation notice.
Product Returns
Kokoro MindStyle Cards & Booklets
If you are dissatisfied with your Kokoro MindStyle Cards and Booklet purchase, you may return your unopened product within 30 days and be reimbursed for the original price paid minus shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee.
Seller’s Right to Cancel
In rare cases, CTW may cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion (though there have been no such instances to date). CTW is not responsible for costs incurred by students as a result of such cancellations or rescheduling.
Right of Refusal
CTW reserves the right to refuse a student’s participation in courses and/or programs.
In addition, upon recommendation of CTW Course Leaders/Instructors, CTW reserves the right to remove from a classroom, whether present in-person or participating through an online platform, any student negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.
Registration Modifications
Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least fourteen days before the program date. Participants may contact Coaching Training World to modify their registration at studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.
Transfer of Credit Policy
We accept partial credit from other organizations or programs.
If you have completed an ACSTH or Level 1 program at another organization, we are happy to apply your completed credit hours to our Level 2/ACTP program or allow you to attend our Advanced Coach Training program. To register at Coach Training World with partial credit, please include the following documentation of your Level 1 completion:
- Original school/organization
- Hours completed
- Certificate of program completion
- Contact information for the organization or trainer
You may be asked for additional details or documentation on an as-needed basis. Please contact studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com for more information.
Illness Policy
To earn the required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course meetings. If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a coaching session, please contact your instructor and studentcare@coachtrainingworld.com immediately.
You will be expected to complete the session materials, review the session recording, and complete a coaching session outside the live session to make up for the missed session.
- Single Occurrence/Short-Term. If you need to miss more than 2 hours of the course, you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense.
- Mentor Coaching Sessions. If you miss any of your mentor coaching sessions, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching federation requirements.
- Long-Term Absences. Should you become ill and unable to continue your program for an extended period of time, you may request to postpone for up to 18 months. If you need more time, please speak with us. If you want to cancel your enrollment, your refund will be based on the timelines detailed in our refund policy.
Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and Coach Training World. We are committed to helping you.

Coach Training World is proud to be an ICF Accredited provider and uphold the best practices contained within the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. It serves as the benchmark for our students and staff, establishing standards for core values, ethical principles, and professional behavior.
There’s a reason these guidelines are placed at the fore of the ICF core coaching competencies: integrity. They represent our commitment to compassion, honesty, and commitment to quality services. It’s not enough for us to sit across from someone and listen to their struggles. We are here to help others change their lives, for the better… and for good. At Coach Training World, we operate with transparency. This means that everything from the foundations of our methodology to the professional experience held by every staff member is available for your review. The details and deliverables for each course and program are listed and continuously updated on our website. And we attempt to offer equitable pricing for all programs without compromising the quality of the training experience.
Finally, we appreciate the significance of your investment. That’s why we actively avoid manipulative or dishonest sales tactics. Restrictions & Permissions
Coaching Tools & Assessments
Your INSIGHT: Whole Person Coaching Starter Kit is intended for you to share and use with your coaching clients. It is NOT to be published or made publicly available via a website or any other form of electronic or printed distribution. This also restricts its inclusion in digital courses or free content associated with the marketing or promotion of your services.
All content and packages you create that include any portion of the Whole Person Coaching Starter Kit must attribute its authorship to Coach Training World and contain all applicable copyright notices and contact information.
You may not adapt, abridge, alter or repackage items from the Whole Person Coaching Starter Kit or other training materials without the written permission of Coach Training World/Feroshia Knight. You may not remove, obscure or modify any copyright or other notices included in the licensed materials.
You may add your contact information to any of the coaching materials you give to clients and potential clients.
You may not use any learning content, coaching tools, slides, videos or the like obtained from our Whole Person Coach Certification or Business School, including our training techniques, to train or certify other coaches or teach business and marketing content to others.
You shall not knowingly permit anyone other than authorized individuals to use licensed materials or gain access to Coach Training World’s private groups and digital courses and membership community.
Non-Compete Clause
You agree to not develop a similar Coach Training Program or Business Development Program for a period lasting three years from the start of your purchase of materials from CTW without the written consent of Coach Training World. However, you are readily encouraged to discuss any ideas you may have related to the potential licensing of content for delivery in partnership with Coach Training World. All course content used to train you to become a professional coach is for your use only as a coach, not a trainer.
Liability Release
You hereby release and forever discharge Coach Training World, and its respective officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, judgments, actions, causes of action, injuries, or damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses) that have arisen or occurred or that may arise or occur as a result of your participation in programs sold on www.coachtrainingworld.com.
Legal Considerations & Grant of License
You, as the licensee of materials provided by CTW, acknowledge that the copyright and title to the licensed materials, as well as any trademarks or service marks, remain with Coach Training World.
You do not possess any right, title, or interest in the materials provided by CTW except as expressly set forth in this policy.
Upon full payment of your program tuition and program completion, Coach Training World grants you a non-exclusive license (with no right to grant sub-licenses) to use our licensed materials: Whole Person Coaching® tools and proprietary Whole Person Coaching® methodology. These are to be used strictly for the purpose of providing coaching services to individuals and groups, including businesses, corporations or non-profits, whether online or in-person. All coach training course content including manuals, workbooks, digital content, audio, and video is not for use outside the Coach Training World program.
Privacy Policy
We request personal and demographic information from you to complete registration in the course you’ve selected. To successfully register for a course, you must provide contact information (including name, mailing address, email and phone number) as well as financial information (including credit card number, expiration date, and CSC). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your registration needs. If we have trouble processing your order, we’ll use this information to contact you. All personal conversations with our staff members are held in the strictest confidence.
Sharing of Information
We do not share the information you provide to us with any third party.
However, we do selectively share your name, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email via a course roster supplied to your course leaders, course assistants, and fellow students. This enables your group/cohort to connect outside the classroom and collectively develop your coaching skills.
Information provided is not meant for solicitation. You are not to use the information you receive to market or solicit yourself or your services to anyone on the list you receive. If you are approached by another student attempting to market or solicit, please let us know immediately.
