Coaching Bio:
I have been a licensed mental health therapist since 2013 and have worked with a wide range of clients. Much of that time has been focused on substance abuse issues as well as treating chronic stress and anxiety. I am in private practice now and work with adults who are struggling with chronic stress and anxiety, as well as working with those who identify as highly sensitive.
I have added coaching to my toolbox as a way to reach and help more people with a new lens. I am excited to help bring clarity to those seeking to reach goals and round out their life.
