Coaching Bio:
At Due North Coaching, I work with adults, teens, and young adults to solve problems by helping them understand what is going on with them and making a plan that addresses the challenges they are facing. Changes like a new school, new home or new job are not always easy, even when they are “good” changes, and I support people in making those transitions easier. I also help people communicate their needs and boundaries in productive ways so they can feel heard and understood in their home, social, and work life.
