Hi, I’m Kat Renee and I work with coaches and professionals driven to serve people and the planet because they’re tired of soul sucking work that leads to burnout.
I have over sixteen years of leadership experience in healthcare architecture, nonprofits, relational facilitation, yoga, and meditation teaching. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Trauma Informed Coach and licensed architect experienced with helping business professionals and entrepreneurs to reach their goals for more energy and fulfillment.
As a business strategist and coach, I focus on energizing your work and renewing your purpose.

“Working with Kat has allowed me to clarify underlying issues that have prevented me from moving forward with my goals. Kat has a powerful ability to be fully present in each session and illuminate the obstacles I am not seeing. She holds a supportive space that allows me to discover what’s holding me back. Her questions come from an intuitive, curious and caring place which helps me grow, feel heard, and ready to move forward with my life’s mission.”

We all need Love, Gratitude, and Happiness. It's a challenge to own and share these, as well as what makes us unique. We need to build our Confidence, Connection, and Comfort. I help clients to develop and own these skills.
I work with clients to give them the tools they need to have enjoyable and fulfilling Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships. We're more capable than we give ourselves credit for. We just need some Guidance, Encouragement, and Support.
That's where I come in. As a Life Coach, I'm trained to be the listener clients' need. Beyond that, I have a B.S. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Health. I focus on relationships and their impact on us and our stress levels.
Together we will master Confidence, Connection, and Comfort so we can be in control of our Love, Gratitude, and Happiness, and make the most of our Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships.
I have a number of free resources on my site, JustinCassens.com, and I offer a Free Exploratory Session to show how I can help and answer any questions you might have. I look forward to helping you make the life changes you need to put Love, Gratitude, and Happiness in your life.
Until then,
Take care and be kind.

Relationships, no matter how strong, have their share of challenges. And that’s not a bad thing. Often times we just need some new tools and techniques to navigate through them.
Inside our workshops and private coaching sessions you’ll find:
New listening and communication skills will help initiate more constructive conversations.
Learning each others values around money and finances will help you discover why you make your financial decisions
We have been married 28 years saying “I do” at 19 and having twin boys at 21. There were times that we worked opposite shifts to support our family, often only seeing each other in passing. Communication was almost non-existent.
We faced major moves, leaving family and friends to take a job. The job wasn't quite as advertised causing Bob serious health issues and putting major strain on our finances.
By this time our relationship was in shambles. A short separation forced us to take a hard look at our marriage. We agreed our relationship was important to us so we tried again.
Things have not been perfect.
Bob worked 2 hours away from home for over a year. It meant Holly was left to parent alone the majority of the time.
Holly lost her job just a few months after being offered a promotion. We ended up losing our home because of it.
We have struggled, fought, and thought it was all over. We pushed through the obstacles and have come out the other side stronger.
We want to help you! Offering you the tools you need and kind of support that let¹s you figure things out for yourself. We believe in the possibility of real & lasting love for anyone who strives for it. Let’s work together to help you create your Miracle Marriage.

Perfectionism has been my greatest teacher, best friend, and worst enemy.
I help my coaching clients move forward by helping them stay in the sweet spot between ambition and self-compassion.
I come to coaching with more than a decade as an international language teacher and administrator and yoga instructor. In these cherished roles, I've helped thousands of people achieve their goals through providing a supportive presence and making plans for small consistent changes to produce sustainable, heart-centered, and dare I say: FUN results!
To help my clients tap into their clarity, I use somatic mindfulness techniques such as placing a hand over your heart and belly, feeling your breath, and listening in to what your gut is saying.
I'll offer meditation at the beginning of our sessions to drop you into the rich space of your inner wisdom. These are optional, but powerful at bringing a sense of calm to our sessions according to my clients.
I'm a big believer in celebrating all progress, big and small and finding joy in the process. So if you want to:
*feel better in your skin
*resolve a personal or professional communication conflict
*change careers
*start or finish a creative project
*go back to school
*get more clients
*make more time for the people and pursuits you love

How I got here,
...and Why I'm a Life Coach
As a transgender woman, I know the risks of being true to one’s self at the deepest level. I speak from experience when I say that with a bit of courage, the right kind of support, and yes, some risk, successful change always leads to a rich, fulfilling life.
The idea of transition or “coming out” isn’t limited to sexuality or gender. Life eventually forces all of us to choose between becoming real and showing up in our lives, or staying safely—if miserably—hidden.
I spent a large portion of my life hidden behind any facade I could spin to keep my fears and confusion packed up so tight no one could possibly see me. From that space, that seemed so safe, I ran a business, had relationships and periodically showed up at events in my life that I thought made a difference.
Breaking down those walls and unraveling the beliefs that kept me frozen in fear and self loathing was not a cake walk. In retrospect, doing the work to get through the roughs patches wasn’t all that hard and in the end the rewards have been amazing! Things like increased self-awareness, self-confidence, connecting with other people and a willingness to be vulnerable.
Professionally, and prior to becoming a certified Whole Person Life Coach, I was an expert in solving puzzles;
I owned several successful businesses. I’ve been on the cutting edge of designing and manufacturing new equipment for start-up industries. I designed and patented equipment and had the pleasure of watching most of it work well and sell.
Yes, there were times I drove myself crazy trying to get to the bottom of a failed idea, all the while saying to myself “I can do this myself” or “I just can’t afford help.” What I didn’t realize at the time was how my assumptions got in the way of what I could really accomplish. So, I’ve been there. Self doubt, unhelpful beliefs and general stubbornness!
Having let go of past self-imposed restraints (indoctrinated beliefs) I decided to follow my hearts desire and help others to stretch towards believing in themselves, achieving the things they want, and become the best shiny being they can possible be.
So lets make this easy! I offer an awesome support system that takes in all the areas of your life. I’m here to help you gather your courage, align your thoughts and ideas with your goals and actions, then support you in Making it Happen!

Do you wish your relationships could be as full of fire as they were when you were younger? Or was your sex life never as smoking as you wanted it to be? When you and your lover have alone time, do you look forward to exciting intimacy or do you dread the routine?
As a psychologist since 1987, I have worked with people exploring sexuality, working through trauma and people in various stages of intimate relationships. I have worked with families and divorcing spouses. As a whole life relationship coach, I have worked with couples and relationship groups to help heal relationships or to help people decide to end them and do so with grace and care. My greatest joy is working with people to create their sizzling hot enduring sexual lives. To me, there is nothing sadder than a life full of regret. I know that everyone can have her ideal sexual relationship. My mission is to show you how to create yours.
Coaching sessions with me are casual, adaptive and personal. No matter what issue people come into the session with, they tend to leave with a sense of energy and motivation to go through whatever door has just opened up for them. I work with people who are ready and able to engage in developing their own self-awareness and start leveraging it to accomplish their goals.
If you're looking to take action on your goals, your self-awareness and/or your dreams, I'd love to talk with you.

Professional - I have spent the last 17 in executive leadership. Working to transform organizational culture and make an impact on the lives of our staff, customers and the communities that we serve. I began coaching as a leadership tool and then found that I really appreciated the Positive Psychology theory related to personal growth and organizational change. Leadwell Pacific is my private practice, allowing me to coach a very distinct clientele interested leadership growth and culture.
Training - What life has not taught me, I have worked hard to learn at school. I have enjoyed a broad educational background in liberal arts (B.S. Willamette U.), Bible college, seminary and graduate studies in Organizational Design and Systems Renewal (M.A. Seattle U.). I have completed two different professional coaching programs of study. I feel like my lived experience, professional experience and educational mastery really has prepared me to walk alongside you as an executive coach.
Michelle Hertrich, Certified Professional Coach
Relationship Coach and Consultant
I have a bachelor’s degree in family and child development and 32 years experience in social services, working for the past 23 years with survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual assault.
I do Coaching, Counseling, and Consultation
Counseling deals with current emotions brought on by past issues, often traumatic experiences. One definition of trauma is anything that is less than nurturing. Many people are unaware they’ve experienced trauma and that it is getting in the way of self-love and happy relationships.
During consultation I’m teaching clients skills and information to assist with increasing self-confidence, positive emotions, and improved relationships. For the past 14 years I’ve taught clients how to love themselves, decrease shame, have healthier relationships, and thrive after trauma.
Coaching involves removing visible and invisible roadblocks to something we desire that we don’t yet have. If we want something… more joy, to be self-employed, a new relationship…but we don’t have it yet, something is getting in our way. This is often our limiting beliefs or self-sabotage. Uncovering these beliefs or habits helps clients free the way to achieve their greatest desires.
Relationships begin with ourselves. We may think a relationship will finally help us gain confidence or feel happy. If you find yourself choosing partners that you think are different, only to find you’ve made a similar choice to the last one that didn’t work out, you may some have work to do. It is not until we truly fall in love with ourselves that we can finally make choices that validate that.
If you feel confused in your current relationship as to why it feels like an emotional roller coaster or why you or your partner just can’t get it right, you may have some work to do. The only person you can change is yourself and over the years I’ve taught hundreds of clients to make the changes that significantly improved their relationships.
If this sounds like something you may be looking for, give a call to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. If we’re a good fit, it’ll be our first success together! If we’re not a good fit, I know many amazing therapists and coaches I can refer you to.

I'm a divorce and transition coach. I help midlife professionals create their authentic life through planning and execution. In addition to years of related training and experience (as a lawyer, negotiator, mediator, HR manager and consultant), I completed my amicable divorce in 2017. I never thought I'd get divorced, but it was the right decision for me. In 2015, I began my self-help journey, reading every self-help book available and listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts. I became interested in coaching by studying the work of Tony Robbins, Jennifer Bailey, Wayne Dyer, Brene Brown, Abraham Hicks, and Gary Zukav, to name a few. I completed course work on the Science of Happiness (under EdX). In 2017, after my divorce, my life has improved dramatically, I created a divorce Meetups group, to help those at various stages support each other and learn about the process. I found that people are afraid of divorce and ill informed. My divorce was amicable and I didn't want others to experience the confusion, self-doubt, and judgment that plagued me. Although, I have the experience and training to help people confront major life decisions such as relocation, divorce, separation, career change, co-parenting, life dissatisfaction, and illness, I also have the personal experience of taking action in major areas of my life and overcoming adversity. If you're struggling with your relationship, career, or other situation, and are considering whether to move on; or if you're just plain stuck, I can help you identify the issues, organize them, and develop an action plan to move you forward, and live your most authentic life. Your fulfillment has no price tag. Investing in yourself is critical to your well-being, and essential to your growth. My process entails forging a strong, safe, and trusting relationship with my client, reflecting and observing, using proven coaching techniques, asking the right questions, and holding my client accountable for his or her commitments. If you're ready to own your situation and improve it, and you're least thinking about what to do, please schedule a complimentary "get acquainted" session, at no cost. I'm looking forward to hearing from and learning about you!
The inward quest. With a trustworthy guide.
So here’s what I can offer you—what you can’t seem to find on your own—Clarity. It’s not divining and it’s not some fancy gimmick. It’s a process of discovery and inquiry that we will rigorously work through together.
If you are at a crossroads in life,
If you feel stuck and can’t seem to un-stick yourself,
If you are ready for a new chapter,
If you want to find your way back to yourself,
If you are done with constantly seeking distraction,
If you want more out of life, to be more,
Then I’m your guy. Because I have been where you are at. I have crossed those rivers, many times. I know what it’s like to keep spinning the same damned wheel and wonder where it’s all going. I’ve felt powerless and small. And what is that about? Who told me to feel small, took my power away?
Call me a coach, a guide, a mentor. I don’t really care. What you’re after is Clarity. Because that’s your next step to momentum, to creativity, to full self-expression. And that’s what I’m going to help you unlock in yourself.
Best to hop on the phone, chat about where you are at.
Feeling lost or off track can put you in a place where you're frustrated and confused. I've been there. It took one lay-off, two breakups and three health issues to lead me to one of my life's passions, coaching! As a former social worker, I regularly used coaching techniques with my clients without even knowing. Frequently helping friends and acquaintances through life's trials only helped strengthen my problem-solving capabilities. Because I've dealt with a lot, I've learned to guide myself and others through many obstacles. I did it for them. I can do it for you. Let me be your personal guide to new outlooks.

I will help you define your dream life and, most importantly, I will help you get there.
As your Whole Person Coach, I will help you find your own authenticity so you can live a life you thought was only possible in your dreams. This is not therapy – we won’t focus on the past or diagnose you based on an existing set of conditions. This is not consulting – I don’t provide advice or “do the work” for you. What I will do is create a confidential, judgment-free space for you to express who you are as you learn to feel at home in your own skin. We will go through some exercises together to help us both identify and understand the areas you’d like to work on together. I will remain curious with you, asking dozens of thoughtful questions, hearing you fully and completely as you unravel your own brilliance.
I will help you define your dream life and, most importantly, I will help you get there.

My journey to coaching began with my desire to help others navigate the challenges I experienced on my path to leading a more fulfilling life. I was going through the motions of everyday living but, deep down, yearning for something more. I wanted to feel alive, have a better sense of self and direction. I wanted to have more of an impact. I knew I needed to unearth my potential, become who I am meant to be, and design a life in better alignment with that person. Sound familiar?
Here’s what I offer:
1. I will guide you through the discovery of your unique, innate talents and help you to grow them to excellence.
2. I will help my you to create a clear vision for your desired outcome and design a strategy that propels you forward.
3. I will support you in the necessary transformation to achieve, sustain, then exceed your desired outcome.

ANSWER THIS QUESTION: WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY?
I’m Robin and I help depleted givers discover joy. You’ll hear my story later, but… could this be yours?
You are a GIVER: Busy, involved, committed. Your life feels complete. You have important people and situations to pour your heart into. But you have been giving so much to so many, you are depleted. You want to feel joy and excitement, but you are overscheduled. Joy isn’t even on your list. Answering the question of “what brings me joy” stumps you at first. You’re not sure if it’s ok to ask for more. Your life is full and should feel very rewarding. You worry that if you want to seek joy for yourself, you will appear selfish or ungrateful.
You admit you can’t stay depleted forever. You want to have a full bucket so you have something to share. This is what really matters to you. You could be more helpful to others if you had more within.
And, if you are honest, you want to have a full bucket for you. You want to have energy, zest, spontaneous adventures and fun. You want to feel great about your life, the whole thing, even the self-care part… the part that always comes last, if it comes at all.
Spare time is nonexistent, and you don’t believe you should slow down to focus on yourself. You don’t want to give anything up, but you recognize that if you had the time, things would be different. You would add in some of the things that used to make your heart sing, things that used to make you feel most alive.
Life is full, life is busy, yet your deepest fear is that this is all there is.
Sound familiar?
I’VE BEEN THERE AND IT ISN'T FUN
I was last on my own lists. Who am I kidding, my name never even made it onto the page. I love being a giver. The world is hurting and I can do something about it. All of my endeavors have involved giving: Contributing to a marriage, being actively involved in the lives of our two children, running a nutrition counseling practice for those with eating disorders, building a youth ministry program, providing life enrichment for senior citizens in care homes.
To me, giving is as natural as breathing.
But giving to myself… that’s another story.
I rarely factored myself into any of the above. I did not want to address my own needs. I didn’t think there was time. And I believed it was selfish. My thought was, “I am selfless, I am here for others!” I ignored multiple warnings from loved ones. You know, “You have to take care of yourself if you want to be able to take care of anyone else.” I thought they were wrong, that I am not like other people. I am a giver.
Then it happened… I ran myself into the ground. It all came to a screeching halt. I crashed and burned.
I became apathetic – me! – I didn’t care.
I did NOT care.
You know those stories of people who survived their own deaths? I could relate. I felt like I had flatlined. Let me say, it was scary, uncharted territory, and I did not like being there. My bucket was empty and I could no longer give.
I did not know that seeking joy for myself could have prevented this. I had been a happy person, living the life I wanted. But happiness and joy are different. I had neglected my own personal joy for so long– never addressing what brings ME joy. It was all about bringing OTHERS joy - and I had mountains of inner work to do as a result.
I got professional help. It took so much time out of my schedule. I missed 6 weeks of work. I could not face the fact that I didn’t care about work, so I didn’t go in. I didn’t get paid. I felt like such a failure. I learned that I had become depressed because I had not been meeting my own basic needs. For the first time, I thought, “What in the heck do I NEED?”
I realized that one of my greatest sources of joy was self-care and I was no longer going to ignore my needs.
BEAUTY FROM THE ASHES
I now try to prioritize my needs because of the joy it gives me. It feels great! I still love reaching out to others, I just remember to reach out to myself.
When my personal joy bucket is full, I have so much to give. THE TRUTH IS, WHEN I AM JOYFUL, I HAVE EVEN MORE TO GIVE THAN I EVER HAD BEFORE! I would love to help you add joy to your life before it’s too late, before you have nothing to give. Let’s figure out what brings YOU joy. Let’s fill YOUR joy bucket together and watch it overflow!
Here is the beautiful thing that must not be overlooked: Seeking joy is not selfish! It’s the exact opposite, because joy is contagious! It’s impossible to fill your joy bucket without it spilling over. Simply put, joy coaching is like a “buy one, get a load free” investment.
JOY COACHING IS A THING BECAUSE I SAID SO
I had never heard of a joy coach, but that didn’t matter. I knew that I could help depleted givers add joy to their lives, so I took a leap of faith and got the training and certification I needed. My clients have LOVED adding joy to their lives! Every one of them has had a different answer to the “what brings you joy” question. Some find it in adventure, some find it in stronger relationships, others find it in improving their health, adopting quiet time, strengthening their faith, or finding a career they love.
JOY WITH YOUR CHILDREN: A working mom wanted a closer relationship with her son. Through joy coaching, she learned that she really didn’t know his interests, so she asked him questions to feel better connected. They discovered they both enjoy some of the same music and began attending concerts together. They now share songs and discuss the impact of the music on their lives. She is overjoyed at knowing her son on a deeper level!
JOY WITH YOUR SWEETHEART: An author was having trouble with his marriage. He and his wife were living on separate continents and she wouldn’t open his messages or take his calls. Through joy coaching, he realized knowing God brings him joy. As he spent more time deepening his relationship with God, it changed his thinking. He viewed his marriage differently. He wrote his wife a 10-page love letter from his new-found perspective and she opened it. They are now eagerly waiting to be reunited.
JOY AT ANY SIZE: A budding entrepreneur wanted to have confidence in her body and start dating. Joy coaching helped her discover that dancing makes her feel alive. She began to incorporate dance breaks as rewards into her workday. She loved the feel of the dance breaks and extended them. Without even trying, she began to love her body. She has since begun meeting new people.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
What’s your story?
You must be a giver or you wouldn’t have made it to the end.
Be honest, are you feeling depleted? Did you know that adding joy on a personal level can keep your bucket from running empty and add richness that can be shared?
And, the big question: What brings you joy? I can help you answer the big question, and I can help you obtain whatever it is that brings you joy. My hope is that joy coaching can help you do what you love most: Give fully to the people and causes you care about, by also giving to yourself.

Hi! I’m Mindy.
My work as a life coach centers on developing healthy relationships between adults and the children they care for.
I believe the most important gift we can give the children we care for is meaningful and positive connection.
As a parent and home educator of 21 years, I’ve learned how to be adaptable, creative, and persistent while parenting and educating 5 kids.
I've become an experiential expert in home education, social-emotional learning, early childhood education, human growth and development, and strategic planning.
***
I work with anyone who cares for children: school administrators, teachers, parents, and caregivers.
Your role as a parent, educator, or caregiver has probably changed during COVID-19. You may feel lost, underresourced, overworked, and worried about the children in your care. Many of you are grappling with how to transition and adapt from public education to home education.
I want to help you show up for the children you care for in a sustainable, purposeful, and meaningful way.
In order to do this, we as adults must connect with our OWN needs, first.
I’ll help you…
~ assess your needs and the needs of the children in your care
~ clarify what’s really possible and eliminate the long list of “shoulds”
~ strategize sustainable new rhythms and systems
~ set realistic expectations and goals
~ uncover your own, untapped inner resources
***
I create a space that is safe for you to let yourself be seen and heard, where who you are and your goals and challenges can be explored and reflected back to you gently and succinctly.
I would love to partner with you on your journey!
