Clients report benefits in relationships, greater individuation-i.e. perspective through life’s challenges-as well as overall satisfaction.
Life Coaching with Energy Psychology strives for body-mind integration through mindfulness theory and discussion, and via modern Eastern trends.
It may include a chakra analysis of your subtle energy field, and/or astrological computations. Combined with the most current psychotherapeutic and neuroscience findings, the result is self-awareness, leading to more positive and healthy life choices.

Hi, I’m Kevin. My coaching style and approach were birthed out of my healing practice. As a healer, I help clients with issues that have manifested physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually from experiences in the present or in the distant past. My coaching flows from that space – helping clients continue their journey into the future.
Sometimes (often between first half and the second half of life) we get lost halfway through the process of self-realization and need help navigating our way. I have been through that passage and know the peace that comes from doing the work to discover your way. Each step on my path has contributed to the experience that I bring to clients:
• Whole Person, Trauma-Informed Coach - This style of coaching blends Interpersonal Neurobiology, Positive Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programing, Narrative Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and more. I also have training in Psychological First Aid from Jon Hopkins University.
• Healing Touch Practitioner (Body/Mind/Spirit) - I approach my coaching like I approach my healing – that there is an energetic component to this human-ness of ours. The North American Nursing Diagnosis Association has a clinical diagnosis of “Imbalanced Energy Field”, and I like to think that Balance is one of the things that I help my clients find.
• Structural Engineer (Problem Solving) - Ever since I was young, I have loved solving puzzles. My favorite toys were simple wooden building blocks. Little did I know that many years later the building blocks that would fascinate me and resonate with me would be the building blocks of our life’s experiences and how we integrate and arrange them to make ourselves a solid and flexible structure, standing on a firm and grounded foundation.
• Business owner, CIO (Always Facing Forward) - As an owner and part of the C-suite of my engineering firm, I have a great deal of executive experience. That helps me when I coach my executive clients who need to work with me on business topics. (It is also quite helpful whenever the topic that we work on is work/life balance – I am ALL ABOUT balance!)
• End-of-Life Doula - I understand that our mortality is precious and limited, and work with clients who are interested in that conversation. My clients include those navigating their QUARTER or MIDDLE passage searching for meaning. It’s what we do with the time we have that matters, and that we are the ones who get to choose what that looks like moving forward. It is NEVER too late to make that choice.

I have been coaching folks for almost 20 years now. What began as personal training and group exercise gradually evolved into a more holistic approach, adding nutrition guidance, then further expanding my services to include reiki and life coaching. My purpose is to assist each individual’s growth: inside, outside, and the myriad of inter-related connections to those aspects of ourselves. We are complex creatures who must be mindful of both the forest and the trees in our lives to be able to navigate our path.
We are all human; we struggle. Self-esteem, work-life balance, anxiety about things we can and cannot control. Feelings about our purpose or lack thereof.
I hear you.
I am not here to give you the answers, because I don’t have YOUR answers. But I can be the guide to help you find YOUR way - to support you in discovering who you are, and what you are truly capable of, if only you give yourself the opportunity.

Hi, I am Elizabeth, and I am no stranger to the complex decisions that life brings to us, especially when we want to have a better life and be a better person. Different experiences and views have made me the person that I am now; more determined, self-aware, and confident. These improvements involved complex decision-making and at times were overwhelming, but I strongly believe in the importance of taking action to achieve the desired outcome.
There are things worth giving time to flourish and improve upon like our well-being. The progress you make will reflect in the various aspects of your life and relationships, so this positive impact goes beyond your personal realm.
Allow me to share a bit of my journey,
In 2019, I decided to take a break in my career as a lawyer in my home country Perú and traveled to New York, which ended up becoming my new home. In addition, I made the decision to pursue a career that would allow me to be a stay-at-home parent. All these decisions were important and incredibly difficult to make.
I faced challenges and transitions in my path of self-discovery and self-improvement, leading me to find my passion in coaching. I always knew I wanted to work in an area that allows me to help and support people in meaningful ways.
Which brings me back to you. Are you confused about your next steps in life? Are you struggling to make decisions? Seeking to overcome self-doubt? Do you want to gain clarity and purpose in what matters most to you? If so, I would love to help!
As a Whole Person Coach, I will bring knowledge and tools to efficiently support you holistically so you can thrive and achieve positive outcomes in all areas of your life. As your companion in your self-improvement and fulfilment path, I will bring my knowledge, experience, and everything that I have in service to you.

Who Am I? What Do I Want To Do In Life? What Will Make Me Happy? If those questions ignite anger or fear as you have no idea how to begin answering, then we should chat. My name is Chelsey and as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) I take a holistic approach and look at the whole picture of your life not just your career or romantic relationships. With a full picture, I can help you on your journey of rediscovery yourself and building the life you want. A plan and path to move forward on, feeling safe and confident in the path you chose and experience clarity in how to lead a more authentic and aligned life.
Not long ago I was lost, like stuck in the middle of a forest with no clue what direction was up, type of lost. The lying awake in the middle of the night having an existential crisis, type of lost. Up until that point I had done everything I was "told" to do by society's standards, I had checked all the boxes. Graduated college, got a full time job, found an amazing person to marry, purchased a house, had a baby; everything had been checked off on what I assumed was the ultimate To-Do List for happiness. The terrifying thing though was I wasn't really happy. Don't get me wrong, I have an amazing partner, I love my son, and the friends and family I was with brought me happiness. I am fortunate, I am privileged. I should be bursting with happiness, but I wasn't. It seemed the overall problem was there was no happiness within, it all came from external sources. My soul-sucking job didn't help, being a new mom I had lost my identity and started to wonder if I even had one to begin with. I had done all the "right" things but I felt I had missed the day of class in life when you just figure everything out. Thankfully I stumbled upon a Whole Person Coach at a wedding. I was actually leaving the reception passing her table saying goodbye when I randomly asked her, "What is it you do again?" she pulled out her card to hand to me and that ultimately transformed my life. The Whole Person Coaching experience changed everything, it was the transformation I was looking for. I am no longer lost, I am on the path of my choosing: supporting women to find direction and their purpose so they can show up as their most authentic self, leading the life they want to live.
I will never claim the healing journey is an easy one. I had a lot of shame over not being able to just figure out things for myself. I tried thinking my way through my problems and trauma to resolve it and it failed time and time again. I really doubted there was a solution to why I felt this way or there was no solution and this was just what adult life was. It wasn't until working with a whole person coach that I opened to the idea of transformation. Mostly, I didn't trust that transformation was possible. When things are there messiest is when transformation is most possible, like the breakdown of a caterpillar in its chrysalis. Trust that transformation into who you want to be is possible. Ready to live out dreams both imagined and beyond what you ever thought was possible? Great, I cannot wait to hear about it!
Are you feeling frustrated because it seems like no one is really listening? Do you feel like you're living every day on repeat, lost your joy, and don't know how or even if you can make a change? Take heart, there is a way to feel heard, to get unstuck, and I can show you! My name is Jill Dore, and I am a certified life coach, leadership professional, and a mother of three successful adults. I have first-hand knowledge of what it feels like to not be heard, to feel stuck and unsure, to not trust myself, and to be paralyzed by feeling I am not enough. But I found my way through these and many other challenges successfully, and I can help you do it too.
While I can work with a wide range of clients, I choose to specialize in working with women in midlife. And though my clients come to me from all walks of life, they all have a shared common narrative of feeling unheard and undervalued, despite having very unique stories to tell. They come seeking help in understanding and embracing the profound challenges women face at this stage of their lives. My clients show up wanting and needing to find and speak their truth and learn how to move through the liminal spaces they feel so stuck in more purposefully, seeking success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
With a background in Sociology, Counseling, and a certification in Life Coaching, I have a strong academic base from which to draw. I also bring a wealth of personal and practical experience, including learning to thrive and overcome emotional and financial hardship after a difficult divorce, making new adult friendships after moving alone to a new city, navigating significant career changes (including losing a job), becoming an empty nester, and maneuvering the changes resulting from menopause (no one told us about those!). If any of that resonates with you, let’s talk!
I have devoted the last three decades of my life to supporting women in taking their lives to the next level. With experience in corporate leadership, non-profits, educational programs, and building communities of women learning to share their stories and thrive. I believe deeply in the incredible potential that resides in each person, and it's my passion to guide you in uncovering yours. My approach is empathetic and focused on creating a safe and supportive space for you to share your story and find your authentic voice. I am committed to guiding you on a transformative journey of self-discovery, empowering you to unlock your full potential, overcome obstacles, and confidently navigate life's transitions. Together, we'll build the momentum to maximize your one precious life.
Are you ready to get unstuck and start building the momentum to create a life you love? I offer personalized one-on-one and group coaching, as well as specialized workshop services, focusing on partnering with women in midlife who feel stuck, unheard and unsupported personally or professionally. Together we shine new light in forgotten spaces, rediscovering your strengths and core values, and learning their role in helping you overcome inertia so you can build momentum and thrive. I invite you to open the door and fully embrace your truest authentic self, and step into the life you want to live.
Let's get the conversation started!
Hello there! I am so excited to meet you! I’m Liz Jensen and I am working towards my certification in coaching and I am thrilled for the opportunity to continue to grow and sharpen my skills to better guide and coach the community of women and students faced with so much change today. I am dedicated to working one on one to help my clients achieve their goals, which will give them the satisfaction of meeting and exceeding their personal and professional goals and expectations.
Everyone is faced with change, both personally and professionally. Organizations experience change as they grow and individuals face changes in both their personal and professional lives. Growth can be the result of change and can be productive through implementing a process. I have experienced my share of change and growth throughout my personal and professional career. I have also learned that efficient productivity and success come from following a process and having a plan. We all have skills and talents that we bring to the table and I look forward to working with clients to identify and strengthen those skills.
Professional and personal growth doesn’t need to be done alone. I work with clients who desire to move the needle in their lives. Clients wanting a mentor and coach who can work with them on how to seek their desired change.

By all accounts, I shouldn't be where I am today. After years of coping with the debilitating effects of
trauma, I found healing through exercise. Fitness became my outlet, allowing me to transform negative
energy into something positive. I fell in love with the feeling after a tough workout session! Fitness and
ongoing mental health therapy opened doors to opportunities I had only dreamed of, like finishing
college.
As a teenage widow with two young children, my life was filled with broken dreams and uncertainty.
My focus was entirely on my kids and trying not to lose my mind. Despite these challenges, I earned
three Associate degrees in Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor's in Psychology. While working in the
non-profit sector after graduation, I started teaching fitness classes to help offset my gym membership
costs. That's when I discovered my true passion for leading others to better health. What started as one
fitness class quickly grew, and eventually, I left my non-profit job to start my own business.
Certifyable was born in a cycling room, where a class participant jokingly called me "certifiable" after
an intense session. The name stuck, and I embraced it, adding a twist to the spelling to reflect my
unconventional style. During the pandemic, I chose to further my education, earning a Master's in
Health Promotion and becoming a board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC) through the National Board
for Health and Wellness Coaches. I'm one of 104 certified coaches in Utah and one of the few coaches of
color.
As a trauma-informed health and fitness coach, my mission is to help those who feel lost or alienated
find a better version of themselves. My services are comprehensive, accessible, and grounded in the
belief that healing comes through both mind and body.
I help people beat procrastination & reclaim power over their time, focus & self-worth
Focused on perfectionism and mindful productivity.
