Communications & Conflict
We all need Love, Gratitude, and Happiness. It’s a challenge to own and share these, as well as what makes us unique. We need to build our Confidence, Connection, and Comfort. I help clients to develop and own these skills.
I work with clients to give them the tools they need to have enjoyable and fulfilling Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships. We’re more capable than we give ourselves credit for. We just need some Guidance, Encouragement, and Support.
That’s where I come in. As a Life Coach, I’m trained to be the listener clients’ need. Beyond that, I have a B.S. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Health. I focus on relationships and their impact on us and our stress levels.
Together we will master Confidence, Connection, and Comfort so we can be in control of our Love, Gratitude, and Happiness, and make the most of our Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships.
I have a number of free resources on my site, JustinCassens.com, and I offer a Free Exploratory Session to show how I can help and answer any questions you might have. I look forward to helping you make the life changes you need to put Love, Gratitude, and Happiness in your life.
Take care and be kind.
Life Coaching with Energy Psychology is a quality, research-based model of coaching that supports you in exploring and changing a wide range of issues. These include life direction clarity, stress reduction, mood regulation, and trauma healing. Clients report benefits in relationships, greater individuation-i.e. perspective through life’s challenges-as well as overall satisfaction.
Life Coaching with Energy Psychology strives for body-mind integration through mindfulness theory and discussion, and via modern Eastern trends.
It may include a chakra analysis of your subtle energy field, and/or astrological computations. Combined with the most current psychotherapeutic and neuroscience findings, the result is self-awareness, leading to more positive and healthy life choices.
For Carl Jung, (the energy of) yoga represented a rich storehouse of inner experience and of the individuation process in particular.

Your doubts and fears are holding you back from producing your artistic dream. Your audience awaits, and you are the one holding up the show. You are frustrated that your signature project still sits on the back burner, that you can’t seem to take those first steps to realizing it or can’t seem to sustain the momentum. You dance between that longing for your creativity to be seen, celebrated and cherished by others, and undermining yourself with doubt that you could be successful.
Your dreams want to be exercised and shared. The world is missing out on your gifts, because of these nagging thoughts and the indecision that they bring. You keep putting it off coming up with a million excuses: You don’t have the time. You don’t have the energy, the money or the support. You fear that if you start this project and fail that that would be worse than not starting it at all.
Don’t keep your audience waiting. It is time to give your project wings.
Let me help you bring that artistic dream to life. The world is waiting for your input. Take the first step by setting up an introductory coaching session to start living your dream.
Let me support you in making a plan to bring your project to life.

Relationships, no matter how strong, have their share of challenges. And that’s not a bad thing. Often times we just need some new tools and techniques to navigate through them.
Inside our workshops and private coaching sessions you’ll find:
New listening and communication skills will help initiate more constructive conversations.
Learning each others values around money and finances will help you discover why you make your financial decisions
We have been married 28 years saying “I do” at 19 and having twin boys at 21. There were times that we worked opposite shifts to support our family, often only seeing each other in passing. Communication was almost non-existent.
We faced major moves, leaving family and friends to take a job. The job wasn’t quite as advertised causing Bob serious health issues and putting major strain on our finances.
By this time our relationship was in shambles. A short separation forced us to take a hard look at our marriage. We agreed our relationship was important to us so we tried again.
Things have not been perfect.
Bob worked 2 hours away from home for over a year. It meant Holly was left to parent alone the majority of the time.
Holly lost her job just a few months after being offered a promotion. We ended up losing our home because of it.
We have struggled, fought, and thought it was all over. We pushed through the obstacles and have come out the other side stronger.
We want to help you! Offering you the tools you need and kind of support that let¹s you figure things out for yourself. We believe in the possibility of real & lasting love for anyone who strives for it. Let’s work together to help you create your Miracle Marriage.
Emily is an ICF-credentialed coach who started her practice in 2015 with a focus on financial literacy and wellness with women and partnered couples. She has been featured in multiple publications and works privately with individuals and couples on a referral basis for financial coaching. More information about financial coaching can be found at emilyshutt.com.
Emily’s focus as a coach shifted in 2017 after the sudden passing of her youngest brother, Thomas. As she began to navigate life after loss, she soon recognized the glaring need for a refreshed approach to spirituality and healthy grief expression in the modern age.
Umoya Institute was publicly launched in 2019 from a calling to reconnect people in reliable, meaningful ways with their departed loved ones. Our loved ones are always reaching out to us, and we only need to learn to listen and receive their messages. We can learn to access this dialogue anytime, anywhere, and feel deeply connected to our loved ones who’ve transitioned.
At Umoya, we seek to heal the divide between the physical and eternal world, in a way that’s practical and accessible for people with “normal” lives. Often it seems like you have to choose between being either “fully woo-woo”, with crystals in your pocket and a medium on speed dial if you want to connect with your loved one, or a staunch “non-believer” who is afraid that if you even entertain the idea that your loved one might live on after death, people will either think you’re nuts, or you’ll end up feeling disappointed or betrayed if you try to connect.
It’s possible to have a meaningful connection with your departed loved ones, without always relying on an intermediary like a medium or past-life regression therapist, even if you’ve always believed you “just don’t have that ability” that others do. You can connect in dreams. You can learn to recognize signs. You can learn to have a dialogue in waking life, and hear your loved one’s voice again. You can learn to feel them with you, supporting you. You can learn to quiet your mind and let your intuition guide you to the messages your loved ones want you to hear. You can learn to live a meaningful, authentic life that honors your loved one’s memory.
Emily draws on personal experience with grief and spiritual development, her training in Past Life Regression (PLR) and Life Between Life Regression (LBL), Reiki Master attunement, MBSR training and coach training (holding the ACC credential with the ICF and WPCC certification with CTW) to support clients in developing a tailored approach to navigating life after loss and rebuilding spiritual connection in an authentic way.

Perfectionism has been my greatest teacher, best friend, and worst enemy.
I help my coaching clients move forward by helping them stay in the sweet spot between ambition and self-compassion.
I come to coaching with more than a decade as an international language teacher and administrator and yoga instructor. In these cherished roles, I’ve helped thousands of people achieve their goals through providing a supportive presence and making plans for small consistent changes to produce sustainable, heart-centered, and dare I say: FUN results!
To help my clients tap into their clarity, I use somatic mindfulness techniques such as placing a hand over your heart and belly, feeling your breath, and listening in to what your gut is saying.
I’ll offer meditation at the beginning of our sessions to drop you into the rich space of your inner wisdom. These are optional, but powerful at bringing a sense of calm to our sessions according to my clients.
I’m a big believer in celebrating all progress, big and small and finding joy in the process. So if you want to:
*feel better in your skin
*resolve a personal or professional communication conflict
*start or finish a creative project
*go back to school
*get more clients
*make more time for the people and pursuits you love
