Communications & Conflict
Your doubts and fears are holding you back from producing your artistic dream. Your audience awaits, and you are the one holding up the show. You are frustrated that your signature project still sits on the back burner, that you can’t seem to take those first steps to realizing it or can’t seem to sustain the momentum. You dance between that longing for your creativity to be seen, celebrated and cherished by others, and undermining yourself with doubt that you could be successful.
Your dreams want to be exercised and shared. The world is missing out on your gifts, because of these nagging thoughts and the indecision that they bring. You keep putting it off coming up with a million excuses: You don’t have the time. You don’t have the energy, the money or the support. You fear that if you start this project and fail that that would be worse than not starting it at all.
Don’t keep your audience waiting. It is time to give your project wings.
Let me help you bring that artistic dream to life. The world is waiting for your input. Take the first step by setting up an introductory coaching session to start living your dream.
Let me support you in making a plan to bring your project to life.

We all need Love, Gratitude, and Happiness. It’s a challenge to own and share these, as well as what makes us unique. We need to build our Confidence, Connection, and Comfort. I help clients to develop and own these skills.
I work with clients to give them the tools they need to have enjoyable and fulfilling Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships. We’re more capable than we give ourselves credit for. We just need some Guidance, Encouragement, and Support.
That’s where I come in. As a Life Coach, I’m trained to be the listener clients’ need. Beyond that, I have a B.S. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Health. I focus on relationships and their impact on us and our stress levels.
Together we will master Confidence, Connection, and Comfort so we can be in control of our Love, Gratitude, and Happiness, and make the most of our Social, Professional, and Romantic Relationships.
I have a number of free resources on my site, JustinCassens.com, and I offer a Free Exploratory Session to show how I can help and answer any questions you might have. I look forward to helping you make the life changes you need to put Love, Gratitude, and Happiness in your life.
Take care and be kind.

Professional – I have spent the last 17 in executive leadership. Working to transform organizational culture and make an impact on the lives of our staff, customers and the communities that we serve. I began coaching as a leadership tool and then found that I really appreciated the Positive Psychology theory related to personal growth and organizational change. Leadwell Pacific is my private practice, allowing me to coach a very distinct clientele interested leadership growth and culture.
Training – What life has not taught me, I have worked hard to learn at school. I have enjoyed a broad educational background in liberal arts (B.S. Willamette U.), Bible college, seminary and graduate studies in Organizational Design and Systems Renewal (M.A. Seattle U.). I have completed two different professional coaching programs of study. I feel like my lived experience, professional experience and educational mastery really has prepared me to walk alongside you as an executive coach.

As your Whole Person Coach, I will help you find your own authenticity so you can live a life you thought was only possible in your dreams. This is not therapy – we won’t focus on the past or diagnose you based on an existing set of conditions. This is not consulting – I don’t provide advice or “do the work” for you. What I will do is create a confidential, judgment-free space for you to express who you are as you learn to feel at home in your own skin. We will go through some exercises together to help us both identify and understand the areas you’d like to work on together. I will remain curious with you, asking dozens of thoughtful questions, hearing you fully and completely as you unravel your own brilliance.
I will help you define your dream life and, most importantly, I will help you get there.
With love, light and gratitude,
