The world is experiencing one of its biggest and most challenging times of change, and it is now that we have to rethink how we live and work. During times of crisis, a life coach can provide direction and help individuals stay on track in all areas of their lives.
As a Whole Person Certified Coach, I support and guide individuals through critical moments in their lives to create positive shifts. Individuals work with me either personally or through their organizations and employers, and I use my education and training, skills and experience to help them.
I am an MBA with over 10 years of corporate experience in marketing, strategy, corporate social responsibility, public relations and communication, so I bring the training, experience and life skills to my work as a coach. I have lived in at least 5 countries around the world, so I have a rich multicultural background and have experienced change and transitions multiple times in my life. I am conscious of the challenges these situations bring and am excited to support people through them.
As human beings, there are many critical decisions we make, and goals and outcomes we work towards. I support people achieve their goals, solve problems and fulfill their dreams. I also help catalyze the process of change and work with individual clients in a holistic manner to solve problems and create positive shifts. A lot of my work focuses on shifting beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that are not serving my clients’ needs.
