My name is Denise Walsh. I’m a recent empty nester and have spent 30 years serving clients in various industries. What I have learned as a working mom is that putting yourself last helps no one. Also, focusing on improving one aspect of your life leads to improvements in other areas is. My transformation came in an aha! moment recognizing how my 15 years as a basketball coach was really my path to a different kind of coaching. I started True North Success Coaching because I am passionate about empowering others now to find their purpose.
I earned my BA in Communications at Boston College and have my Core CPC certification through Coach Training World. I live in Central Massachusetts with my husband and I am the proud mom of two (three if I count the dog!). I support my whole self through hiking, reading, connecting with Mother Earth in my garden and watching my favorite Boston sports teams.
