Hi, I’m Heather Cunningham, a strengths-based, Whole Person Certified Coach and Kolbe Consultant who gives women going through a transitional phase the power to rewrite their story and reset their trajectory towards a brighter future.
I come alongside women going through periods of transition and uncertainty to transform the stale scripts and stories that have held them back for too long. I help them identify their unique strengths to overcome obstacles, embrace their power, and move forward with confidence.
I’m a self-confessed nurturer and recovered wallflower who put my own needs on the back-burner for a long time. Growing up, I spent a large part of my life loving and serving others while they lived their “best life”. In my drive to serve, I completed a B.S. Degree in Family Studies and Human Services at Kansas State University, graduating as part of the best and brightest of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society in 2004.
Being a nurturer made me successful in the corporate world. I spent 20+ years creating behind-the-scene systems to support productivity for executives and teams. But something was missing. I knew my life could have more impact by focusing on people instead of procedures. I realized that it was high time for me to bring MY dream to fruition.
Next Chapter Coaching was born! Soon I will also launch The Leading Lady Academy—a platform to support self-sacrificing women as they shift to make themselves a priority.
What is strengths-based and Whole Person Coaching?
Through this method, I empower my clients to recognize and honor the strengths and skills they had never leveraged. Together we work to build confidence and trust in their skills and capabilities and learn strategies for navigating conflict or obstacles. We work with the whole person: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
