With over 7 years of senior human resources experience in diverse sectors, I am a passionate and effective leader in learning and organizational development, who also provides coaching services for senior leadership. I have demonstrated skill in coaching and mentorship of teams in higher education and the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on servant leadership. I have also successfully developed and executed human resource strategies in alignment with the overall business plans and strategic directions of various organizations. My current education and certifications include a bachelor's in business administration, master's in human resources management, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), as well as a graduate certificate in conflict resolution. I am a lifelong learner and currently in a doctoral program for strategy and innovation.
