During a decade as an executive assistant, Meghan provided unwavering support to Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and CEOs. This front-row seat to executive decision-making laid the groundwork for her future success as she transitioned into Human Resources. Over 15 years of progressive human resource experience, Meghan found her niche as a thought partner and coach to executives, while making powerful impacts on organizational culture, including an unprecedented 22% increase in employment satisfaction within a 9-month period at one organization. Through her journey, Meghan has honed her skills as a strategic advisor, guiding senior leaders, and the organizations they serve, to excellence.
Surprisingly, it all began at home! Meghan's upbringing is a unique facet of her journey. Growing up in a household led by her father, who helmed a $19 billion organization, she imbibed leadership wisdom from an early age. Family discussions on topics like the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People", dinner table lessons on the value of corporate culture, and retreats to define their family's mission and vision were regular occurrences. In fact, at the ripe age of 15, Meghan had crafted her own personal mission statement on one of those retreats, a testament to her early commitment to excellence. To cap it all off, while in the midst of her career, Meghan earned a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University.
