As a classically trained and certified Mental Health Coach with additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Trauma Informed Coaching, I have engaged in over two thousand hours of coaching conversations. I hold a holistic view of wellness and deeply value the process of connecting with individuals around their goals.
