Coaching Bio:

Are you an innovative thinker who would like to overcome deep-rooted patterns of thought that aren’t serving you? If so, you’ve come to the right place!

It was late-May 2020 when I sent an email that would change my life. George Floyd had just been murdered and I wasn’t on board with how my company wanted to respond. That email would cause a flurry of activity amongst the most senior leaders and propel me into a position where I felt my technical and analytical brain did not belong.

Enter: imposter syndrome.

Fast forward two years later and I found myself receiving a high-level award for the work I did in helping to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in the organization. Maybe I wasn’t an imposter after all.

Perhaps you can relate to my struggle with such long-standing and profoundly ingrained patterns of thought. Imposter syndrome doesn’t even scratch the surface when it comes to the deep-rooted, and often self-sabotaging biases we hold in numerous areas of our life.

As a coach, I help innovative thinkers identify and overcome thought patterns that are getting in their way. With a focus on clarity through self-discovery, I will support you in finding the solutions you need to break down these barriers and make decisions you can be proud of, regardless of outcome. It’s time you start feeling good about the things you can control instead of bad about the things you can’t.

Let’s get started!
