Coaching Bio:

My mission is to provide compassionate coaching to help you live from your heart. I love supporting people--friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, strangers. That's why I became a social worker nearly 20 years ago. And that's why I decided to become a life coach. I love serving as a sounding board, co-creator, collaborator, partner, and ally. I invite you to reach out if you are seeking a change, want some time to reflect, a safe space to voice your dreams and your fears. We can work together to nurture practices, strategies, and a growth mindset to support your change process with intention and integrity.

Coaching Bio:

You're an empath and highly sensitive woman, drawn in a lot of different directions. Years of saying yes has you feeling overwhelmed, emotional, hypersensitive, and exhausted.

Most days you wonder how you'll balance it all, put yourself first, and feel confident and trusting in your decisions.

Your nervous system is FRIED. Anxiety much?

Typing to you from my Macbook Pro, know that I see you. I get the struggles: absorbing people's energy, having to help everyone, wanting better boundaries yet not knowing how. #beenthere

I'm a life coach for successful empaths and highly sensitive women who want better boundaries but don't know how. I help them set healthy boundaries so they have time for themselves, without neglecting their families and friends.

As a world record-holding powerlifter, I've learned how to show up with curiosity, courage, and compassion. I've learned discipline, teamwork, and community building.

These are the same qualities I'll bring as your life coach, committed to you as you learn how to set healthy boundaries in your life.

Together we'll transform:

Overwhelm into Focus
Self-doubt into Confidence
Over-thinking into Clarity
Self-neglect into Self-care
Excuses into Intention and Integrity

I'd love to hear from you. Send me an email at to learn more about how I can help you set healthy boundaries.

Coaching Bio:

Hello, I’m Alex, and I work with high-achieving women to help them prioritize their well-being and build the courage and confidence to live authentically. I work with each client to help them gain clarity and focus, to effectively manage their time and schedule, set healthy boundaries, and take control of their lives.

In today's world, the many responsibilities, demands, and expectations women carry lead us to feel overwhelmed, debilitating stress levels, and often burnout. I know how this feels - I've been there too.

For over 10 years, I spent my time in education: teaching, working towards diversifying higher education, and doing research on how sexual violence affects marginalized communities and the resistance movements led by these groups. Although I was engaging in meaningful and important work, I dedicated my life to achieving and putting other people before me. I put my health and well-being last. This led me to change careers and go into coaching to help women find balance and thrive.

I help clients in several different areas of their lives, including:
• Building confidence
• Creating boundaries
• Self-compassion
• Life changes/transitions
• Work/life balance
• Overcoming burnout

Fun facts about me: When not coaching or learning new things, I love spending time with my family, binge-watching comedy shows, and baking anything with chocolate.

Coaching Bio:

About Me:
With over 15 years of experience in corporate America, including stops along the way at Capital One, IBM, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Transunion, my path to coaching was neither linear nor foreseen but inevitable upon reflection. Formally, I began coaching in 2020, when I started New York University's (NYU) graduate program in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting (completed Sept. 2021). Initially, I hesitated to switch away from Consulting. However, I realized that offering both were viable and aligned with how I wanted to show up for my clients (high-achieving Black Women seeking spaciousness to pivot and soar). So, since 2020, I have been coaching a small group of clients and enrolled in a coach training program to further acquire practical experiences and credentialing.

About I, Matter! Coaching & Consulting:
I help high-achieving women leaders and entrepreneurs achieve clarity amid chaos, discover their authentic selves, and live a more empowered life.

Coaching Bio:

Hi, I'm Reggie Ramlochan I help Industry Leaders & Professionals confidently & authentically connect with their personal identity so they can lead a life of meaning and purpose beyond the corporate walls. In simple terms it means I help you focus on defining and refining who YOU are. I have committed my coaching to authentically empowering individuals to pursue a life that gives them purpose, joy, and fulfillment.

The problem that some industry leaders and professionals experience, is that the lines become blurred when their identity is wrapped externally in the organization, rather than internally connected to their divine essence. This is an incredibly easy trap to fall into because it is routine, and it is incremental in nature to the outcome and consequences.

Believe me when I say I know this all too well, as I personally have experienced this misalignment with the soul’s intent and I can surely tell you it almost always leads to a feeling of inadequacy, lack of fulfillment and general feelings of depression.

Having experienced many of the same challenges my current clients are experiencing, I firmly believe the reason I connect so deeply with them is because of my ability to intuitively ask the powerful questions that provides the key to unlocking the doors that would liberate their authentic self.

My skillset when applied is to solely benefit my clients which in turn provides the confidence for them to break through the many dogmas of society’s illusions that have kept them away from living their best lives both personally and professionally.

Prior to Coaching, I spent my entire fifteen plus (15+) years career in the Ammonia and Oil and Gas Industries where I held various roles that allowed me to become adaptable, open, and creative.

If you have the inkling that there must be more to life than what you are currently experiencing and doing, then we should explore that a little more.

Are you ready to say yes to a life of happiness and purpose?
